- Click on the Disbursements tab.
- The Disbursement Journal screen will appear, defaulting to Basic View.
- Enter the vendor number or use the to use the Lookup List.
- Use the Lookup List by entering the vendor name or number in the Enter Text to search for box. Double click the vendor or click OK once the vendor is highlighted.
- Enter the account numbers and amounts of the entry.
- You can use the Account lookup feature by entering the first few numbers or the name of the account.
- Select the cash account by clicking on the Disburse From button (bottom left corner). Leave blank for default Cash Account. A description can also be entered in the space to the right of the Disburse From box.
- If not in Basic View, you may also enter the cash account as a line item on the entry.
- Click POST to record the entry.
