When Transferring Money Between Funds:
- The non-cash account should be the inter fund account.
- You will need to do a Cash Receipts entry in the fund receiving the transfer.
- Click the Receipts tab to open a new cash receipts entry.

- The Receipts Journal screen opens in Basic View by default.

- Enter the Transfer number assigned in the Disbursement Journal in the Ref # box.
- Enter the inter fund account number associated with the transferring fund and the amount of the transfer.
- Click the
three dots next to Deposit Into or deselect Basic View to indicate where the cash account as a line item.
- Click POST to complete the transaction.
