Fixed Asset Code Setup

• Click Fixed Assets on the top menu bar then select Code Setup.

• Click on Edit Code Types to set up the Fixed Asset Codes as follows:

Click on any of the available options to open a list of the itemized codes in that type.

See below for an example of a list for Asset Type Codes.

• To Edit a code’s description, highlight the line item you wish to edit and click Edit. Press OK when complete.

• To Delete a code, highlight the line item you wish to delete and click on Delete. When the Confirm dialog box opens, click Yes to delete the code or No to go back.

• To Add a new code, click Add then enter the new Code and Description. Press OK when complete.
