- Click Checks on the top menu bar.
- Select View/Print Check Register.
- Enter the account number or click on the question mark to browse for the account.
- Select the account and click OK (or double click the account.)
Continue filling out the Check Register Report Form.
- Indicate the Sort By method.
- Input a Date Range or Check Number Range.
- Select the transaction types to be shown on the report.
- Choose any other applicable options.
- Click Get Report.
- Click Save as CSV.
The report will open with Microsoft Excel; you can then save it in an Excel format.
