User Management (Misc. Revenue/Billing)


  • Select the Settings tab.
  • Click User Management.

Select a user from the drop down menu to edit permissions, change the password, disable, or delete the user.


To Add a User:

  • Click “Add User”, in the top right corner.
  • Create a username and password for the user.
  • Select the user’s permissions.
    • Choose a permission from the “Available” column.
    • Click .
    • The permission will move to the “Active” column.

If the new user needs the same permissions as another person who uses the program, choose “Copy permissions from user”, then select that person’s username from the list.

If you try to add a permission that requires a pre-requisite permission, the system will alert you:

  • Users can be locked to Specific Drawers.
  • Drawers can be locked to specific Categories, as well as Billing Categories.
  • By locking a user to a specific drawer, and locking a drawer to a specific billing category, you have fine control of what a user can collect money for.
