The budget system has a repository for global attachments/templates that budget admin can upload documents, or templates for access by end users.
End users will not be able to change these attachments, but they can download them to edit, and attach them into different account sections or to the goals and objectives section.
This allows the budget office to provide different templates that might be required for goals and objectives and or account section templates.
To upload, download or view global attachments use the Global attachments icon in the upper left.
