Select or Change a Positive Pay File

Choose from a list of Banks’ Positive Pay file formats.

• Click on Chart of Accounts on the top menu bar.
• Click on Manage Accounts.

• Select a fund and a cash account. Double-click the cash account.

• Double click the cash account then click Advanced Options.

• Use the dropdown to select a Financial Institution’s Positive Pay File Format.
