How to Update the System


See below for instructions.

  • Log into the System.
  • Click the little blue person icon, in the upper right corner of the page.
  • Click “My Account Settings”, then select “Reload local account data tables”.

  • Hold the SHIFT KEY on the keyboard while clicking the Refresh Symbol, on the top left of the browser.
  • The page will reload with it’s cache/cookies cleared. It might blink real fast, or it could take some time to load.

The Refresh Symbol looks this:


  • While holding down the SHIFT KEY, press the ‘F5’ key, at the same time.
  • Some newer keyboards and laptops do not have ‘F5’ set to refresh anymore, so if it does not work, try the above method.
  • The page will reload with it’s cache/cookies cleared. It might blink real fast, or it could take some time to load.
