Add Detail to Request Line


On any line in the system you can fill in a detail sub-schedule. There are a few different types of sub-schedules in the system: S&W, OVERTIME, GRANT, GENERIC (OTHER EXPENSE)

Click the to the right of the field. This will pull up the sub-schedule for the account.

Fill in the description and amounts of the request. The Reference is a optional field for your own use. When finished click [Close] All information is auto saved.

You can upload the detail from Excel using the Excel upload icon (lower left). You can also download the detail to Excel using the Excel download icon (lower right next to close button)

Warning: When you upload new detail from excel, all old information is removed!
