A new summary menu has been added when you wish to look at liens in the current year. Bring up your block and lot as usual and type “L” as you always have to access the lien details and you are presented with this menu:
This new summary breakdown will show you all the subsequent payments, year end penalties, municipal charges, and redemptions based on certificate number. There is also the option to calculate interest by pressing “C” and picking a future date by default it uses your current system date. This particular cert has 2 pages of info so pressing “Page Down” will show the remaining lien info for this certificate.
As you can see this property has 2 certificates applied to it so a “TAB” will show you the information on the next certificate.
If you wish to return to the main action menu for this block and lot press “ESC” or to modify, establish a new subsequent payment or municipal charge, or process a lien redemption press “D” to edit/view details and you will see the screen you are already familiar with with your lien information.
Note: this summary screen will only be available to you view when working in the current tax year. Viewing lien info in past years show you the same menu as your edit/view details.
