Log into the Requisition system by opening a browser, and then entering the designated web address for your municipality/client location.
The web address might be an IP address instead of a webpage. If this is the case, it would look something like:
https://123.456.78.90/SystemLogin.html
Once the page pops up, login in with your username and password.
