- Click Chart of Accounts, then Capital Ordinance Tracking.
- Select View/Edit.

- Select the Capital Ordinance you want from the Lookup List.

- The ordinance you have selected will open.

- The View Activity Report button will open the Account Transaction Activity report for the listed account.

- To attach a document to the ordinance, select the paperclip icon.

- Once a document is attached, an attachment icon will appear. If you double-click the icon, a window will appear with a list of documents to view/delete.

- If you wish to close/retire the ordinance, check the box labeled Ordinance Closed/Retired.

- Click Save when you are finished with your changes.
