The Requisition System is on the internet, so it does not get updated; when the Desktop Version gets updated, the requisition system needs to get a “hard refresh”.
See below for the different methods.
Method 1: My Account Settings
- Log into the System.
- Stay on the home page.
- Click the little blue person icon, in the upper right corner of the page.
- Click “My Account Settings”, then select “Reload local account data tables”.
Method 2: Shift + F5
- While holding down the SHIFT KEY, press the ‘F5’ KEY.
- The page will reload with it’s cache/cookies cleared. It might blink real fast. It could take about 30 seconds to 1 minute to reload.
- Some computers do not have ‘F5’ set to refresh, anymore, so if this method does not work, try the next method.
Method 3: Shift + Refresh
- Hold the SHIFT KEY on the keyboard while clicking the Refresh Symbol, on the top left of the browser.
- The Refresh Symbol looks this:
- The page will reload with it’s cache/cookies cleared. It might blink real fast, or it could take some time to reload.
To refresh the system using browser settings continue to the next page.
