Before the Re-Close:
- Everyone MUST be logged out of the system (except for the user who’s running the re-close.)
- The Default Date must be in the current year. A Re-Close can only be completed for the prior year (last year).
- Click Settings on the top menu bar.
- Select Re-Close Fund from last year.

- Enter the 2-digit Fund number then click OK.

- Confirm the Re-Close by clicking Yes.
