Account Mapping: The translation of Account Numbers or Billing Codes on an entry that was sent to FAS from another program, to the corresponding account that appears on the Chart of Accounts in the FAS program.
Select an entry from the list. If you select an entry that needs an account mapped, you will receive the message below.
- Click Yes.
- A list of all account mappings will populate. See below for an example.
