Create a Change Order

web: A guide to create a change order on PO, in the New Web Requisition System.


Notice:
Currently, the user requesting the change order MUST BE in the same workflow as the original PO. Otherwise, the Change Order Button will not populate. In a future update this will change.

  • Open the PO you need a to make a change order for.
  • Click the Change Order button on the top row of buttons.
  • A confirmation box will appear. Click yes.
  • Complete the next open line on the PO to make your change.
    • Fill in the account, quantity, description, and unit cost.
  • Click Save, on the top row of buttons, once finished.
  • The change order will now follow through the approval process in the same manner as a requisition would.
