The fourth button is the Reports button. There are many different types of reports – your permissions and allowances will determine which reports you can use.
The fifth button is Budget Balances. This will bring up a list of the budget balances on the revenue, expenditure, and appropriation reserve accounts. There are tabs at the top of the report to select between the three.
The sixth button is the PO/Req Listing Report. It shows all pending requisitions and all Open POs. Choose between the requisition or PO tab, on the top of the repot.
The seventh button is Budget Request. Once clicked, the SELECT FUND box will populate. Choose the fund. Then, the SELECT DEPARTMENT box will populate- choose the department.
The Budget Request form will populate. Input the amount in the correct column, then click save.
