FAQs – New Web Requisition Portal


A. A wide variety! Each report can be filtered and customized. Reports can include Open Reqs/POs (for their department), Budget Trial Balance, Account Activity, Vendor History, and more! Click on Reports on the Home Page to see the available reports. Available online reports are determined by the CFO.

A. No. Only users that have authorization on the desktop system can print PO’s. Online users CAN print their Requisitions and Reports.

A. Yes and No. Users can edit a Requisition, but only a req they originally created. POs can never be edited on the Web System. Only an authorized desktop-program user can edit a PO.

A. No, web users cannot add a vendor. Only an authorized desktop-program user can add a vendor. The web user should leave the vendor blank and add a Note on the req indicating that a new vendor is needed, including any relevant vendor information.

A. Yes! There is an Attachments tab on the requisition form, that allows the user to attach documents. Also, there is a Note icon on the req. form that can hold a few pages of plain text.

A. Yes! Users can only receive email updates to their Req and PO submissions! Email notifications can be set up through the user’s profile settings. Emails are sent out twice a day, if there are any updates to send.
