- Click Vendor/Ship on the top menu bar.
- Select Edit Vendor.
- Search for the vendor. Use the Quick Filter Feature or input the vendor’s name or number in the box provided. (The vendor list will begin to filter once typing begins.)
- Select the vendor then click OK (or double-click).
- Make the required changes.
Note: Using the 1099 Override Amount field will create a 1099 for the amount entered in the box, rather than the Vendor Total that is generated by the system.
- Click Save.
- Click Yes to Confirm.
Attach Documents to a Vendor:
- Click the Attach icon then select the file.
- Enter a Note or Description then click Attach.
- Click Save.
- Click Yes to Confirm.
- The attached file can be accessed by going back to the Edit Vendor screen and clicking on the Note Icon.
