Users for the Full Client (Desktop Program):
- Click “Settings” on the top menu bar.
- Then select” FAS User Accounts and Permissions.“

- Select a User, or Click “Add User”.


Add User:
- Create a Username and Password for the user. The user can change their password by going to ‘Settings’ then choosing “Change my password”, upon their first login.

- Assign the user a Workflow and an Account Group.
- The Workflow is typically the user’s department. The Account Group is the group of fund accounts the user has access to view. (See tutorials: Department Account Groups and Department Workflows)
- Select the user’s permissions.

For Purchasing Agent Permissions, select any or all of the follow options:
- Purchasing/QPA Approval
- Approve/Certify (Approval)
- Approve/Certify PO for their Dept. Only
Override Permissions (Optional):
- Click Set Over-Ride Permissions.
- Select the override allowances and then click OK.
- The User’s Override Password is the same password they use to sign in to FAS.

- Click ‘OK’ once finished with override permissions.
- Click Save when finished.
