User Management (FAS)


  • Click Settings on the top menu bar, then select FAS User Accounts and Permissions.
  • Select a User or Click “Add User”.

Add User:

  • Create a Username and Password for the user. The user can change their password by going to ‘Settings’ then choosing “Change my password” upon their first login.
  • Assign the user a Workflow and an Account Group.
  • Select the user’s permissions.

Override Permissions (Optional):

  • Click Set Over-Ride Permissions.
    • The User’s Override Password will be the same password they use to sign in to FAS.
  • Click ‘OK’ once finished with override permissions.

  • Click Save if finished with the new user.
