On the home screen you will find a search bar labeled Vendor History. This bar will allow you to look up any vendor your group is associated with.
In the search bar, it allows you to look up vendors by their vendor number or by part of their name.
Note: Using the most unique part of the name will make the list shorter while searching.
Another way of using this search is by entering nothing and clicking on the magnifying glass. A window will appear listing all vendors.
After selecting a vendor from one of these two methods, the following screen will appear. This page will give you the vendor’s information, payments made to vendor, open PO’s for vendor and pending requests for vendor in your department only. If you wish to see all vendor activity select the Show ALL Activity. (Currently Showing Dept Activity Only).
