To view your draft requisitions, click the Draft Requisitions icon.
When you click on the Draft Requisitions it will open a sidebar listing all your drafts.
The sidebar is defaulted to show the draft listing for the user, but if you would like to see the list more in depth click Show all drafts in depth.
By click the draft number you will be able to view/edit the draft.
If you click Transfer To, you will be able to transfer the draft via message to another user.
After clicking Transfer To, the following drop down will appear. Select which user you wish to transfer the draft to and press Assign Draft.
Note: If you are sending the draft to a different department than your own, the receiver may not be able to use the accounts on the draft. However, they can use it as a template, allowing them to us their own account funds.
Lastly, you are able to delete the draft by clicking Delete. Drafts will not be deleted after editing and submission. You must physically hit delete in order for the draft to disappear from this screen.
NOTE: Every time you hit Save as Draft you are duplicating the draft. For example, if you open a draft and make changes and select Save as Draft again, you will now have a draft of the current changes and a copy of the previous draft.
