Edit Fund List


  • Click Chart of Accounts on the top bar menu.
  • Select Edit Fund List.
  • To edit a fund, click on the fund to highlight it and click on Edit Selected.
  • To add a fund, click on Add New Fund.

To Add a New Fund:

  • Select the End of Year Budget Behavior from the list provided.
  • Select the Set Fund Over Expend Options:
    • Allow over-expending line-item accounts.
    • Allow over-expending Sub-accounts.
    • Disable sub over-expend warnings.
    • You can also check the Prevent neg. balances boxes to disallow negative balance occurrences on asset or liability accounts.
  • Click Save.

To Edit an Existing Fund:

  • Make any changes necessary and click Save.

Select the Cash Account for the Fund

  • Highlight the fund you have just created and then click Edit Selected to enter the Default Cash Account for the fund.
  • You can also select a default cash account for cash receipts if that account is different than the default account used for disbursements.

NOTE: If using a cash account from a different fund, place a checkmark in the box next to Checks issued from another funds Checking and fill in the other checking account number. This information must also be added to the cash account.
